Reasons why people lose weight:
- Health, with increase in weight you have high risk of death compare to people at healthy weight.
- Heart Disease, which can lead to heart attack.
- Clothes won’t fit anymore.
- Wants to change ones lifestyle
And there are countless of reasons why people lose weight and may vary from person to person, and in my opinion do not stress yourself about this matter, I know you have your own reasons you wanted to lose weight and weight loss should not be a punishment but a lifestyle change.

Seems very Facebook-centered to me. For those who do not have a Facebook Account, there’s practically nothing surely to determine on that internet site. Also, right after three days, you may have to pay-up to remain a premium member. Not in fact TPB design, in the event you ask me.
